classicgamer74
I'm going to start a unit on my channel about the Intellivision. And I want to be as accurate as possible in all my facts, so I knew that contacting you guys would be a place to start. 1. How many games are there for the Intellivision? I've heard 130 and then 127, what is the real number? 2. What is the story about the add-on keyboard? If if I think of anything else, I'll add to this. Thanks, guys. mr_me
In the first couple of years Intellivision was promoted and sold as being upgradeable to a computer with the Keyboard Component. They could never manufacture it at a reasonable price so they stopped promoting it and released it in small quantities, to avoid legal trouble with false advertising. That didn't satisfy the FTC, so they came out with the ECS Computer Module. Lots of history here. https://history.blueskyrangers.com Where did you hear 130 cartridges? Is this what they mean by a "self-selecting group"? This also means that your membership can't be revoked But membership fees can be paypal-ed to me Edited May 18, 2021 by fdr4prez
