my favorite thing when selling on ebay

I just had someone BIN one of my auction, she has emailed me 3 times wanting to know my addy to mail payment. The email addy ebay has for her is no longer working, she keeps emailing me through ebay system so all i get for a reply email is the wrong one, so I get her personal info from ebay and try to call her but the line is always busy(on the internet probably trying to keep emailing me). This is getting a little frustrating.
