PAL vs NTSC Colors

I've been told that the PAL Intellivision's colors are slightly different than the NTSC Intellivision.  Does anyone know if this is true and if so does anyone have a comparison chart?

Yes, most pal games look a bit different than the ntsc versions.

And of coure pal games played on a ntsc tv look completely different

They're very different. Some people have speculated that PAL colors may be much closer to what was originally intended, based on the color names in tecnical documents.

Wow, the NTSC colors look like when you run your bright colored marker through black and it never looks right again.  I like the PAL colors better.

PAL video was implemented using two 32 x 8 ROMS (see https://forums.atariage.com/topic/302665-intellivision-chip/). Compare the number of bits in those ROMs with the number of bits in the NTSC color chip's internal ROM.
