Wow - 1978 copyright.  I think that is the oldest software I've seen on this machine.  Even Star Raiders says 1979.

Since the 400/800 didn't ship until the end of 1979 I would think the copyright date is for another computer system(Apple II/Commodore PET?), with an Atari version in 1979 or 1980.

 

EDIT: The cassette label has a 1980 copyright date.
