devwebcl
Hi All, Any (fun) one-button game? Cheers, Devwebcl
MrTrust
FlapPing. It's Pong cross-pollenated with Joust. Wall-Jump Ninja is one button too, I believe. Both very mice games. There are also versions of Flappy Bird and Canabalt for the 2600 out there, I believe. Oddly enough, I can't think of any old games for the 2600 that were one button.
DeafAtariFromKansas
Another one button game called Bombs Away! featuring Drop Zone 4.. Likely more 1-button games out everywhere in this forum..

Canyon Bomber, though it does use the paddle knob for the Sea Bomber game variations.
+atari2600land
I'm confused. Aren't they ALL one-button games? edit: Noticed OP mistakenly put this in 2600 Programming forum when he probably meant not to.

The Atari Flashback Nexus project is lots of emulators running on the AFB9/X but ONLY one button games, because thats the only controller we have. You could check that pack and see whats in there. here is the game list for the non atari arcade games section that i pulled out. if you look at entries, you can see games we added. +atari2600land
So why not just port all the 2600 games to this thing?

One-button games Quote Games that only use one button for all input. Generally, these are game where the player repeatedly has to press a single button over and over again. Games that uses a joystick in addition to a single button are not included, and neither are games that uses mouse movement as an input option. emphasis added

Ahhhhh yeah, I forgot all about that one. And I just played it a little while back, too, on the Atari Vault. Amazing what you could get people to drop a quarter for once upon a time.
