Nice! I just picked up a light pen and manual from Bruce @ B & C. I’m running the software off an Uno cart. I’ll probably do a ghetto YouTube video on it soon.

That would be nice, a video.  I like the light pen better than the tablet for some reason.  The software is about the same but I have a harder time controlling the tablet.  I got a spare light pen from Bruce as well.  I am no artist, I just like to doodle.  The actual screen looks better than the pics I take of the tube.  I know nothing about screen captures and all that stuff.  I just shoot it old school with a camera.  Scan lines show up.  I sent a few of these pics to a friend of mine, he's a real artist.  He jokingly asked me if I was making these drawings with a kid's Lite Bright.  I laughed and told him it was an old 8-bit Atari.  He said he enjoyed them.  He calls me a pack rat because I hung on to my old Atari all these years.

Accuracy of the pen can be adjusted by varying the intensity (up or down) of the CRT.  It did appear your light intensity was good to go straight away. Have fun.  Just remember, if you wanna save the pic, start off with a DOS disk on loading and a formatted disk at the ready.  The program will not format a disk for you once you are in.   Each pic is 127 sectors.  So, on a single density disk, it will only hold about 5 pics per side.  Take a picture of your masterpieces after you save them.   Don't forget to hit the the TAB key to hide the tabs before you take a pic (a step I sometimes forget) or they'll show in your picture. Once saved, play around with the color palate (the lowest tab).  It can render some very cool hues and results.  More fun than Lite Brite, I am certain. Please share your creations.
