ZippyRedPlumber
I've got a question for you. How many of you use the System changer to play 2600 games? Edited August 10, 2021 by ZippyRedPlumber
Zendocon
I just might if I had one. That wasn't something I was ever interested in.
wolfy62
I have a system changer, but I never use it. I do have an Atari 2600 and various flashback units but I dont use those either. I basically stick to Intellivision games for the most part!
voltron
I have a system changer and a box of atari games I got with it, but I never used, other than to check that the system changer still functioned.
+intellivotion
no, I don't use it since it requires NTSC version of Atari 2600 games and NTSC tv and I have only PAL games in my humble Atari 2600 collection. And also my tv is PAL.
+JasonlikesINTV
I have yet to drive into the 2600. I probably have around 120 games, but have only played around 10. I like Megamania ?
+DZ-Jay
I use it to play Stay Frosty and Stay Frosty 2 — some of my favorite Christmas-themed games. I play them during Christmas Time. dZ. Edited August 10, 2021 by DZ-Jay 2
+stupus
No, the intellivisions seem much more prone to fail while i have never had a 2600 go out. So dont want to use up my intys playing 2600
+Gunoz
Tested it years back when I first got it, been sitting in the attic ever since.
TrekMD
Don't have a System Changer, so I can't play 2600 on my Inty.
+sramirez2008
I have one and have been known to use it on occasion.
Sinjinhawke
I have played on mine quite often but I now have the Atari Flashback X with the Nexus mod with every Atari game ever in crisp HDMI video which makes playing on the System Changer less desirable but sometime I do it just because. I even have almost 40 carts for it. I don't own an actual real Atari 2600.

mianrtcv
I have the unit. I have never even tested it. No reason. I just use my Atari.
+cmart604
Sadly, mine just sit there looking all sexy like in their boxes on a shelf. Having said that I do own a few 2600’s and quite a few games if I get an Atari hankering.
Rickster8
I see many InTV brotherhood members on this thread... ? Please come over to the Intellivision High Scoring Club for some friendly gaming competition. This week we are playing Bomb Squad / Space Hawk and Space Gunner. All you need is a screen print of your final score.... https://atariage.com/forums/forum/128-intellivision-high-score-club/ Hope to see you there ? Cheers! ?
First Spear
Very rarely I play it but there are some games TV at don't have Intellivision equivalents (yet). I got reworked 260 joysticks from Best Electronics, highly recommend them.
1980gamer
used to play on the system changer WAY BACK WHEN... But to be honest, outside of a few activision games and E.T. not a lot to love these days. Not saying in the late 70's early 80's I didn't put in a few hours! Warlords, Breakout, Space Invaders (fried of course) I liked Ice Hockey and Boxing better than the Intellivision versions. All the kids in the area had the VCS, so it was nice to trade games. Not so easy on the Intellivision. Oh, liked pinball until I got the Intellivision version and like that more.
