+karri
A local bakery has started to make Lynx shaped rye-bread. I just carried one bread with me home for breakfast tomorrow. The review will follow shortly. 2 1

+karri
The taste is amazing! I recommend a sparkling blackcurrent wine with it. Preferably chilled to 4 or 5 degrees. Small sips of the blackcurrent leaves sparkling wine bring up the freash taste of butter and 100% rye. 5 stars. Highly recommended. 3
+jgkspsx
Is this a limited edition? Is international shipping an option? (I am joking, but also, I am not joking ) 1
+jeremiahjt
That does not look anything like a Lynx. Is that supposed to be a model 1 or a model 2? Either way the baker needs to work on it some more. 1

(I am joking, but also, I am not joking ) It appears to be limited edition. I got the last one in the shop. The bakery is Pekan Leipä (Pekkas bread). The name of the bread is Ilves Leipä (Lynx bread). The secret ingrediences are: rye water salt yeast So the taste is a bit sour as ja rye bread usually tastes. But as a bonus the bakery had already split the bread in two halves making it super easy to make sandwiches! 1
+slx
Always liked those when in Finland, even without the Lynx shape!
