Internal PSU cooling question

I picked up an Adam with a Mean Well replacement psu.  I want to mount it in the Adam .  The adam already has an IDe card, MIB, and Mem expander in it.  Will I need to put a fan on top of the PSU to keep it cool?  If so should I use a pusher or should I pull the heat out?

With the venting in the Memory Console case and Mean Well case, you should be ok without a fan. Just use standoffs to raise the PS off the inside of the Memory Console for better air flow.

 

if you want to be extra careful, then use a fan… it can’t hurt.

I just squeezed the Mean Well psu inside the Coleco Adam    I saw William Hicks do this to his. Mine is nowhere as slick as his install but I am still very happy with it
