ErkTheJerk
Hello I bought a TV tuner but the software it came with is called Total Media 3.5 and it can’t scan channel 3. It only scan non static channels. Well my question is what is the best TV tuner software to get channel 3? Thanks
Turbo-Torch
Can't you just feed a signal into channel 3 so it can find it and save it?

Well the software that it came with can’t custom edit the channels it just picks out the working channels. I was hoping if someone knew a software that could edit in channel 3. I’m using ATSC TV stick. Edited September 3, 2021 by ErkTheJerk
Turbo-Torch
I believe that stick only supports digital, so if you're looking to use it to play an old video game console that uses Channel 3, it won't work. The digital frequencies are far different and the old numbers assigned (such as 2, 3, 5, 9) are virtual channel numbers. You'd need to find an older stick that supports analog channels. If by chance it does support analog, simply attach any console that uses channel 3, turn it on and scan the channels.
wierd_w
Get an RCA capture device, and use a VCR as a tuner.
