VicViper
is there a preferred seller in the community? I've decided to finally take the plunge and start messing around with a net connection for my 800XL.
bfollowell
I'm only aware of a couple of vendors selling them here in the states. Marlin at The Brewing Academy and Gavin at Vintage Computer Center. Marlin is only selling v1.3 models, and he's on vacation from his store at the moment. Gavin is selling v1.5 models, the most recently available version. He's out of stock at the moment, but is in the process of building a large batch and should have some available within a week or two. Both dealers are top notch, give excellent service and support, and can't be beat. That being said, until Marlin switches to the newer version, I think I'd have to recommend Gavin at Vintage Computer Center. https://thebrewingacademy.com/ https://www.vintagecomputercenter.com/ Edited September 2, 2021 by bfollowell
youxia
For those in Europe, I can recommend Zaxon: https://www.sellmyretro.com/offer/details/fujinet-atari-45549 He only makes small batches though, so they're often out of stock, but you can always inquire. Beeblebrox
In the UK I can recommend Retrolemon for all things Atari upgrade and accessory related. They stock both XL and XE Fujinet 1.5 and can ship worldwide. https://retrolemon.co.uk/atari-8bit-storage-devices/158-fujinet-xl.html https://retrolemon.co.uk/atari-8bit-storage-devices/159-fujinet-xe.html I've bought most of my modern Atari upgrades from them (U1MB, AKI USB interface). I have bought from both brewing academy and vintage computer centre and they are great. I did buy my FujiNet from Vintage for the 1.5 hotness and just kept a FujiNet tab open and refreshed daily. Was lucky and only a week of waiting before there were more. Such a cool little device. Was playing a random game recently and it started talking using the built in SAM on the FujiNet. manterola
Hehhe, that Frankenstein is mine. Just yesterday I dust it off since I needed another fujinet device and sellers are mostly out of stock. It has a very old firmware but the drive emulation works great that way. Atari8guy
Still waiting for 1.6, the SIO pins are the biggest issue I currently have... No one seems close to making those though...

I definitely haven't heard of any 1.6s out in the wild.
