Steven Pendleton
I was looking though the list of games I have on my GBA Everdrive just now and I think the GBA is worthy of a mention. Medal of Honor Underground has no business being on this system, but it's here. It looks like garbage, sounds like garbage, and plays very awkwardly, but it's here. Big respect for the devs for even attempting this crazy port and actually making it playable. Don't play this version if you can play the PS1 version, but if you have no other choice, I can say that the game is not technically unplayable. Lots of 16-bit ports on it suffered as well, mostly due to the resolution, so it's not just the PS1 ports.
Tanooki
I'm going to have to disagree with that. MOHU could have easily been done and exceptionally better. The blame largely on GBA games are laid at the feet of piss poor programmers or cheapass budgets bean counters forced to cause disasters. MOHU is literally in the bottom 3 shittiest FPS games on the system, yet you have Doom 1(JagDoom port), Doom 2 (accurate), Duke Nukem Advance for the style of those, then you have Ice Nine(not great but works), Ecks vs Sever, a Bond game that's solid too. GBA without using gimmicks can pull off not just faked 3D like that, but real polygonal 3D at solid non-slide show framerates. Key games on that would be the blueroses driven Wing Commander Prophecy and Smashing Drive, but more so the epic V3D engine that got revisions that started with V-Rally 3(which renders like Saturn Sega Rally) up to a GTA3-esque Driver3 and the 3rd person platforming game of Asterix and Obelix which runs like Croc from the PS1 era. There are some badly converted 16bit ports where they don't take the aspect ratio and resolution changes which render them worse with leap of faith learn to not die moments, or closed areas of less reaction time for what comes at you. Some though were handled super well and came out as nice or tweaked a little nicer in the SNES/Gen to GBA jump.

FPS games like Doom II fared much better though:
electricmastro
Though speaking of GBA, I couldn't help but notice the how there were a higher number of virtual pet games on it compared to GBC, with games like Dogz:
+jgkspsx
And then the DS had 10x the number of virtual pet games that the GBA had. It was a fad.
Ramses
How about the 3DO and all of those FMV games?

I'm so glad that a randomizer exists for that game that allows you to turn the symbol drawing off.

That add-on has some great games, but there are so many of those lame FMV 'games'.
