Weird ti-family computer

A few months ago I was on some web site - I think it was old-computers.com - and I somehow ran across a description of an 8-bit desktop based on the same CPU as the CC-40. I think it was actually based on CC-40 hardware. I'm pretty sure it was European, maybe French?

I was busy and didn't pay much attention at the time, but was curious enough to go back later.

Now I can't find it. I don't remember what it was called, only that it was related to the CC-40 and may have been designed by (former?) TI people.

Do any of you recognise enough from my vague ramble to give me a vague idea what I saw?

Just looked at it now, it's even got infra-red keyboard and joysticks.

I have never heard of this computer until now.  There is a link to it on this TI-99 website though;

Edit: This is @fabrice montupet's website :)

The EXL100 and Exeltel are a really cool computers, with a very exciting history, beginning with the reunion of three former TI engineers who had a modern vision of computing. As many computer companies, that of Exelvision not gone to end well but it remains in its employees, its managers and its users many fantastic souvenirs.
I spend many years to tell this story in www.exelvision.fr
