Zombies

Recently I've been palying the game Zombies. At the moment it's my favorite game (after M.U.L.E.). Does anyone play this game? Am I the only one who plays this game? Curious to hear other peoples opinions of this game?

One of my favorite games from back in the day on my Atari computers. You know there was a sequel, Realm of Impossibility, right?

 

Joe, you and I seem to like all the same games, let me know when you're in the Tampa area and we'll set up a gaming tourney with my other videogaming friends. My best friend from high school lives about an hour away from me and we've been playing the same Atari and NES games for over 20 years

 

And that reminds me, Zombies and ROI were very fun 2 player games. I remember sacrifising my partner for the treasure many times.

As soon as you said it was one of your favorite games, I started thinking that we like the same games too. Yeah, I had a copy of Realm. Played it a few times, it broke and couldn't tell you what that game looked like. Oessi, do you like Realm? Better than Zombies.

 

Also, one aspect I love about Zombies is the fact that when you die you can go tag your partner and he gets to come alive again. Great .The only game you can do that (as far as I know).

dont forget about contra, (another NES classic) where you can steal the other player's lives after youve already lost all of your own.

 

somebody needs to set up a huge M.U.L.E. tournament somewhere and make it an annual thing. that would be sweet.

IIRC the Atari version of Aztec Challenge lets a player out of lives back in the game so long as one player still has one.

I like both games equally. I cut my teeth with Zombies when it first came out, can't remember if I bought it or if it was 'loaned' to me

 

And Realm ups the difficulty and adds more maps, so they're both great in my opinion and nowaways with a sio2pc setup you can fire both them up in seconds

I keep on dying on my way back on level 7 .

Mostly because I lose most of my energy on level 5.

Is there and level that gives you troubles?

Any rooms in any particular level?

I finally beat Zombies. , on probably my 11th try.

 

Has anyone beatin Zombies playing 2 players?
