I almost always use a 2600 console, but sometimes I'll use a 7800. 

 

How about the Retron 77?  As well as third-party consoles like the Gemini and expansion modules like the ColecoVision Expansion Module #1?  Or even the Atari 5200 VCS adapter, although I doubt many people are using that. :D

Should come as no surprise to anyone here, that I only use my 7800 for playing 2600 and 7800 games. Slight modifications to the cartridge port sleeve even allow me to play all the tigervision games and use the supercharger without issue.

I'd like to use a real 2600 console to play my collection of physical carts if I had one that still works...

 

I'm considering getting a 7800 for playing homebrew carts but if I show that to my guests instead of the more iconic six switcher they would be like, "What's that??"

I also, own a VCS adapter with my 5200, and, also, a Flashback 9 with the SD card, or does that not count?

You stated "2600 owners". I took that to mean gamers that only own the 2600 console and not a 7800 console. I guess that isn't what you meant, but that is how I read it.

Fair enough... I should have put 2600 gamers/collectors.
