! SOLD Atari 800 For Sale- SOLD !

This 800 :

Has full 48k ram.

Power board has been re-capped.

Plastic case was scrubbed clean.

Card contacts cleaned / polished.

Motherboard cleaned with Q-tips and rubbing alcohol.

Shows no errors on the Supersalt Diagnostic Station - included a pic - I ran many more cycles on it than it shows, and I also play tested it thoroughly.

RF cable has been removed, but comes with composite ( monitor out ) cable.

Includes power supply.

Keyboard cleaned and fully functional.

I'm asking $135 + shipping from Portland, Oregon.

I also have a 48k 400.

I'm *SO* jealous that I missed this!

 

Thank you Paul for keeping the prices good for those people that care (and aren't just going to flip), and best wishes to @Tindron ... the Atari 800 was the 2nd computer that I owned (as an upgrade from a 400, that was all that I could afford at the time).

I do have a 48k 400. FYI You can run the uno cart a 48k 400 but not a stock 800. I’m selling this one because I’m building another.

Thanks, but it was a 48K 400 that nearly broke the ends of my fingers as I programmed on it, because it was all the I could afford BITD! ;-)

 

The 800 was always my dream, and I really regret selling the one that I finally bought, back in the early 90s when it seemed as though I'd never want to program on it again.

 

These days I have a 1200XL that I dearly love, and I don't really *need* an 800, but I got an Incognito a few years back ... so there's something inside me that really wants to go back to the 800 experience. ?
