I pulled the ram out clean and put back in, Plugged in and got the screen in the picture almost like a green screen. It feels like it’s close. Any thoughts? ACML Posted April 27, 2022 Share Posted April 27, 2022 A bad OS ROM can cause a green screen. The 400 OS ROMs are on the mainboard. You say you have a 800? If it was a bad ROM, just a very sketchy guess right now, you could swap the OS ROMs from the 800 into the 400 and see if it boots. I'd troubleshoot more obvious potential issues before I tried this. jham55 Posted April 28, 2022 Author Share Posted April 28, 2022 So I reset the chips and roms, I tried some 800 roms did nothing... after resetting the chips I tried 3 different carts and 2 kept the screen greenish and one black.
