thought this be a great idea ?... a Atari 7800 bowling game??with 8 bowlers 4 guys 4 girls to choose from?.you can initial your character as well enter a tournament with a password to return.exhibition game or 2player mode.

only a great idea if it incorporates the trackball. Then we'd have a winner. Like a port of Strata Bowling or Capcom Bowling would be incredible.

And don't forget to include code that takes advantage of the side-port Laserdisc expansion. Cutscenes of our favorite bowlers celebrating strikes and spares would be awesome! ?

Good idea.   There aren't many bowling games anymore outside Wii/Switch.

I mean, look at how well League Bowling turned out on the Neo Geo.

Aside from the graphics, the core game is pretty basic and fun.

 

Would love to see a "bowling RPG" or quest mode like some of the early Namco PC Engine titles (World Court Tennis and Final Lap) to help extend the life of the game too.

My favorite bowling game of all time.  Modern console ports have been provided too.  

For $8, Xbox One and Series X/S users can have it downloaded to their console.
