So there I was sitting for almost three hours, just to note down and enter the transfer password from Golden Sun to Golden Sun 2.

 

260 digits!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Thank heavens, it already worked on the third try

 

...almost felt like typping in C64 DATA lines back in the days...

If you find yourself a second GBA, I think you could have just used a link cable to transfer the game. You wouldn't even have to buy another GBA, just borrow from a friend.
