Asterix, Obelix Rarety

Obelix is listed as a rarety ten, yet I've now seen 5 come up on UK ebay in the last year. All have gone for over £100 except one which went for £40 (I didn't see it until it was too late )

 

Anyone know the history of the PAL version, which would appear to be lower than rarety 10 (about 8, I would say)

 

In addition, I've seen 3 Asterix come up in the last couple of months; was the PAL version a full release while the NTSC version only a prototype (hence its AA rating)?

 

Any comments?

Ok, after a more thorough look at the rarety guide I find that European Obelix is rarety 7 and Asterix rarety 5.

actually, there was a NTSC release of asterix which does not show up on atariage. it should probably be listed as rarity=10
