I also have a prototype of Motorodeo that is in NTSC format (and happens to be the final). But I own both production carts in NTSC format as well.

 

I'm not the only one who owns them, but they're very rare.

BecauseI didnt have them at the time you did the conversions. I got them at CGE this year.
