Is Universal Chaos = Targ ?

Anyone knows if Telegames Universal Chaos is Targ? It looks like the classic arcade game.

 

If yes, is there a real Targ prototype?

 

Or is it just un unlicensed clone?

Has someone dumped the PAL version now?

 

It´s a Telegames EPROM cart, 8K I think.

Wow! I never knew that there was a TARG game for the VCS:2600! I've only played the TARG clone for the Vectrex: TRAKKERS by John Dondzila! Awesome!

 

Update: I played Universal Chaos .. and it is a very fun version of TARG! I like it!
