All this talk about N64's reminds me of a personal goal of mine... to get EVERY color variation of the N64 console. Someday. When they're like $5 each.

So the DK N64 is just neon green w/o any pix of the monkey on it? Not as exciting as I was picturing.

That's exactly it. If you collected it, you'd basically be collecting the box and contents. Not the system itself. You could pick up a green one and it may or may not be the DK one. I'm sure they probably put some sort of notification on the bottom, though. To tell them apart. Not sure. Never saw both in person.

 

At least the Pokémon one had Pikachu.
