Redcurrie #1 Posted October 26, 2003 Okay, I'm really, really excited because I just won a big INTV auction that had some games that I've really been wanting along with a ton of other stuff. I'm scared that I'll jinx myself (everything will arrive in non-working order) if I post a link but I'm sure that you can find it if you're familiar with the Search by Buyer feature....... Redcurrie #2 Posted November 15, 2003 Okay, this finally came in and I'm REALLY excited! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...egory=3550&rd=1 I know that the guy said that almost none of the carts worked on the INTV II that he tested them on but it must be broken because they're fine! Among others, I got a NM Truckin' in the box with all of the paperwork, overlays, etc. including the warranty card, Diner, Championship Tennis, boxed Frogger and Pitfall and tons more. Also cool is the shrinkwrapped Sub Hunt which is one from Germany with the German manual in the slots on the back outside the package but in the shrinkwrap. I think I got one hell of a deal! Woo-hoo
+RangerG #3 Posted November 15, 2003 That was a nice pick-up. I think people stayed away because the initial picture makes it all look so junky and dirty. Congrats.
Redcurrie #4 Posted November 15, 2003 That was a nice pick-up. I think people stayed away because the initial picture makes it all look so junky and dirty. Congrats. The carts definitely needed an interior cleaning and the units aren't much to look at (one of them actually has a blob of gum stuck to the bottom...somebody must have mistaken it for a movie theater seat ) but the boxes are in excellent shape. They are some of the only non-squashed ones I've ever gotten. BTW, INTV River Raid is quite different from the Atari version and I have yet to totally figure Diner out! Christophero Sly #5 Posted November 15, 2003 I don't collect INTV, but that looks like a nice score. Congratulations!

Redcurrie #7 Posted November 15, 2003 Very nice But you didnt get the salmon. Actually, I did and 4 chocolate bars as well. He felt bad because he shipped it a few days late so he threw it in as an apology gift! Nice as hell guy if I may say so.

holygrailvideogames.com #9 Posted November 15, 2003 LMAO that is cool . I just got a Diner CIB tonght on ebay BIN I saw that. Now that I see you are buying Intellivision games, I know it is going to cost me a fortune to complete my collection.
SpendTooMuchOnAtari #10 Posted November 15, 2003 I have a bunch of INTV stuff to put on eBay but never got around to testing it yet. I don't think I have anything that rare. I have about 25 games, a regular INTV system and an INTV II. I need to get those up.
Brad2600 #11 Posted November 15, 2003 I'm a bit jealous. Seeing how you got a boxed Truckin in this lot. I need that game someday. Looks like a good deal though. I have paid more for individual games at times.
Redcurrie #12 Posted November 15, 2003 Looks like a good deal though. I have paid more for individual games at times. These type lots are the one "gamble" that I'll sometimes take. I bid what I'd essentially be comfortable losing if most of the stuff didn't work with the hope that most of it does work. I've been lucky a couple of times...the last big Atari one that I won didn't list a bunch of the computer games of which one was Jawbreaker that I sold to a very happy AA member in Scotland for a price we were both quite pleased with! I've got to start getting rid of some of my dupes though because they're taking over my living room....that's the one problem with buying lots!

I do want a stadium mud buggies cib but I am a cheap bastard when It comes to Intellevison. IT took me 2 years to find a diner CIB for less than 30 lmao. I am Patent on this system

I usually only collect boxed games for the INTV so I doubt it. Eventually, my whole INTV collection will be boxed only. I once got a boxed copy of Threshold for the 2600 in a lot of games on EBay. I sold it to someone for $70. It was the first thing I ever sold on EBay.
