Yes, it is a real licensed Domino's Pizza game.

 

As for Rarity.. well.. I dunno.

Yes, it's a real game, yes it is a pretty fun side-scrolling hop-n-bopper, no it isn't that rare. Probably worth about $5 I'd say...

Unfortunately, the game isn't very good... it's a standard platform game, just like 40% of the rest of the NES library.

 

It's too bad they didn't port the PC version... it was actually a very fun CGA (Or was it EGA? I can't remember) game where you played a pizza delivery boy trying to work your way up the numerous floors in a skyscraper to deliver a pizza on time... the Noid's kept trying to knock you over and stomp on the pizza (as well as doing other things like planting traps and making phones explode when you answer them and whatnot). Luckily, the delivery boy was quite athletic and could pull off some impressive jumps and rolls.

for a crappy license, the game was quite decent. Its pretty tough though, there arent a lot of check points in the game, and one is apt to make a lot of mistakes along the way through it...

it is a fun game. I remember playing it at a friends house like 8 years ago. I bought a copy of it this past summer for only 3 bucks, so it aint rare.

Home of the Underdogs has Avoid The Noid available for download... it's only 230k, and they have the (apparently rare) EGA version. Enjoy!
