Anyone Wanna sell a dirt cheap dirt common lot?

My Little brother just got into the hobby (he's 9) and I wanna get him a good starter lot for Christmas...

 

I can only spend like $20 total, but if you could help me, I would be super thankfull...

You and I both know that collection is worth THAT much, If I still had my big stack of common dupes i'd sell it to you, but there are plenty of people that would WANT to give away that sort of thing, they have soooo many combats, yars, ect...
