JagWarlord #1 Posted November 1, 2003 I wish I had this game. Would have been a good day to play it.
SteveW #2 Posted November 1, 2003 I wish I had the arcade game instead of the TurboGraphix version. The Turbo version isn't all that bad graphically, but it's sound sucked. When you kill the water creatures early in the game and they make that great echoing roar as they splatter against the wall...... Sweet!
justice_is_blind #3 Posted November 1, 2003 Wonder when this game will be updated and ported to the PS2/XBOX ? A new Alien Crush might sell.

The Eidolon #5 Posted November 3, 2003 Splatterhouse was a great arcade game! I saw it in the arcades way back when and was very impressed. I could never finish it on the harder difficulty levgel though. The woman/beast transforming monster would always kill me. Anyone ever finished it on hard? --The Eidolon
SteveW #6 Posted November 3, 2003 I'd at least like to see Splatterhouse ported to the GBA. But if they ported it to current game consoles, i'd like to see the characters and creatures done in full 3D, but still keep the 2D side scrolling viewpoint. That would kick ass. figgler #7 Posted April 12, 2005 I'd at least like to see Splatterhouse ported to the GBA. I've been pining for this recently as well. In the last few days I've spent much to much time playing Splatterhouse 3 on my new Genesis and it's totally got me craving more. I don't seem to recall ever playing Splatterhouse 1, but 2 was great and 3 is the icing on the cake with it's cool "cinemas", beat 'em up style gameplay and open ended expolration. Absolutley great game. The fact that it was higly contraversial back in the day is just great too. It's gross still, but oh so tame compared to the likes of RE and Silent Hill.
