Arcade Coin-op tokens Donkey Kong Cards

Curious if anyone knows where some Atari Adventure game tokens originated. Where would someone have used them at. I have 2 of these tokens for sale on ebay auction number 3057970817. I also have these Topps Donkey Kong Cards.

Yes, Atari briefly had a series of arcades across the country at one time similar to Aladdin's Castle. Atari Family Amusement Centers, etc.

 

The tokens usually go anywhere from 50 cents to $1.25 among token collectors.
