AT-Speed c16 programs in 1040STFM

Recommended Posts

I have one in my Mega 2 - worked ok for the time - DOS stuff was very slow - anything on the CGA display was painful - I mainly used it for Word Perfect 5.0 and learning some DOS stuff, otherwise wasnt too exciting :)

You can look here:

http://atari4ever.free.fr/hardware/soft.html

and please write how it works. I have AT-Speed too, but haven't time to install and try it yet.

I have switch on the program from the website with you gave me (At_Speed.prg) and there was an german error, witch means that the At_Speed was not detect. I suppose that the program from your website is wrong, not to this model - At-Speed C16

Is this the same device that was supposed to go in the Falcons and give

them a 286 or 386 processor? I always wanted one of those jobbers! :)

(Not sure what I'd use it for, maybe some oldie games if possible)

:)
