Crypts of Chaos Manual scan

I've owned Crypts of Chaos for nearly ten years now, no manual, but I figured bits and pieces out. A year or two back I came across a text version of the manual. It helped me out a little, but it was still a bit complex. Does anyone have a scanned version of the manual?
