What a Fast Lister or is it Software?

Look at the end times with this guy's auctions. In some cases he lists like 3 or 4 games in the same second. I'm sure the explanation is simple but how the hell do you do this. Not that I would ever want to, doesn't seem like a good idea to have all of your games ending that close together.
