ATARIPITBULL #1 Posted November 14, 2003 I was reading some more information on the Swordquest contests that were held at Atari HQ and the winner of the Fireworld contest said something that caught my eye, he said that when he entered the contest room he and the others were given special copies of Fireworld to play for the prize and I wanted to know what made them special, did they play differently?, was there special print on these copies that said Swordquest contest edition, does anyone here know? ATARIPITBULL #3 Posted November 14, 2003 What made them special and does anyone have a copy?
RCmodeler #4 Posted November 14, 2003 Probably the same game, but the items used to "unlock" the clues were scrambled. So the contestants had to start from scratch and re-solve the game.
Spirantho #5 Posted November 14, 2003 Apparently they're the same as the PAL version, so if you want to find out what it was like, try running them.
bjk7382 #6 Posted November 14, 2003 It is probly like Atlantis II, there is only like 10 copies in the world and I doubt anyone that has one would want to give it up.

Or maybe there are 9 in the hands of collectors, and one is sitting in a thrift store somewhere...
CPUWIZ #8 Posted November 15, 2003 It is not written in stone that only 10 copies exist, just because one person claims that it is a fact doesn't make it a fact.
