Who's playing Final Fantasy 10-2?

you know this may come as a shock to alot of you guys out there, but... I've never played any of the final fatasy games! And for that, I've never actually played too many RPGs maybe one or two! but playing them was only for a moment whith a friend or somthing. I'm much more of a FPS than anything else! Maybe some day I'll get into the whole MMORPG fade, you know like Ever Crack or PSO or somthing but I'm not really interested in becoming addicted to any one game.

I just finished FF10 last Sunday but I will wait till FF10-2 drops down in price. I tend not to buy games until they get to the $20 or less level. I heard that the play system is more real-time as opposed to turn based like FF10 and I am not sure if I would like that.

 

Sometimes I would be playing FF10 when the phone would ring and I would just finish my phone call before returning to the game. With FF10-2, I would probably not get that option.

 

Also is it me or does it seem like Yuna is being turned into a Lara Croft clone since I have seen pictures where she is sporting twin pistols?

No. You see in FF10-2, Yuna can change jobs. A Songstress, a Gunner, a White Mage, a Black Mage, a Warrior, a Thief, a Dark Knight, a Samurai, an Animal Trainer, a Gambler, ... yada yada yada... so Yuna's not changing. Just her job. Yuna is still the same person.

 

Same applies to Rikku and Paine. They can change their jobs at any point.

 

 

And yes, FF10-2 uses a system very similar to FF 4 through 9's Active Time Battle. It's a return to the series' traditional battle engine.

I think if the chicks had a "REAL LIFE" counterpart, you know some chick that those chicks were modeled after, I would really be attracted to her. because thos pixles sure are cute. but you know. I dont think of computers and TVs that way...
