Bumper Bash PAL ?

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody,

i got my copy of bumper bash today and the first thing i was wondering is that the manual is bilingual in english and french !? Second is the Cart, Manual and also the Box says Spectravideo not Spectravision - so for the first i thought that it must be a PAL version because in France they have Secam/PAL TV-System.

I plugged the cart into my PAL console first and everything looked good - then i tried it in the NTSC and again - all colors look good and not strange or funky - normally you can use it as a hint to determine the TV-System if the colors look strange - f.e. if you have a game where the sky is pink :) but not so on the BB (even there is no sky in the game ;) )

Does anyone have an idea how to identify exactly if the game is NTSC or PAL or is it for sure that there was never a PAL Version released ?

thanks and greetings

Tom

2 Languages, then I think its from Canada. And Canada is NTSC, when I not wrong.

But it can be, that it exist a PAL version. I have a PAL ROM. But it came from Autralia I think. I have never see a Bumber Bash in germany.

I have seen a Bumper Bash in Holland once or twice. Too bad i haven't been able to get my hands on one yet... But it does exist in PAL format. I'm pretty sure about that. It also seems to be one of the more rare PAL titles :)

Cheers,

Raymond
