Cant remeber a N64 Japanese game. HELP!

Now that jap-us converters are easy to find and pretty cheap, I started thinking about a game I saw a preview for in one of those 'It will never come to america, but should' type things. You were a girl standing on a platform shooting at stuff, and it moved around. Its kinda like a Raiden-ish type game, only 3D and such. I think it was made by Capcom, but not sure. Anyone know what im talking about?
