Goochman #1 Posted November 27, 2003 Maybe some suggestions for future conversions: Flight Simulator - wonder if this can be done? Food Fight - This could be really fun with the 5200 stick Arex Necromancer Star Raiders II or The Last Starfighter (which I have a .bin for )
Curt Vendel #2 Posted November 27, 2003 Food Fight on the 5200 would be excellent !!! :-) The Last Starfighter is already available on the 5200... Curt
video game addict #3 Posted November 27, 2003 I agree Food Fight on the 5200 would rock! Others I'd like to see: Caverns of Mars Davids Midnight Magic Tapper Spy Hunter (if both buttons could be configured to one stick) Up n Down Crossfire Commando ^^;;

Tempest #5 Posted November 27, 2003 Food Fight on the 5200 would be excellent !!! But Food Fight requires 64K! I second Caverns of Mars. Another suggestion would be Gateway to Apshai (I think someone may be working on that), Karateka, or PastFinder. Tempest
video game addict #6 Posted November 27, 2003 CC is aready being worked on. There's a rom already out, but Clay was still working on it. It's supose to have a high score save & trackball support when it's done. http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13511 http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30923
video game addict #7 Posted November 27, 2003 @Tempest are we sure it requires 64K? I remember reading some other threads about the file size, some of the 64K games were dead space, only 32K games or something like that. Just like the Commando rom that SG released, was a mega cart and someone made it half the size, mostly dead space again.
Tempest #8 Posted November 27, 2003 Tempest are we sure it requires 64K? I remember reading some other threads about the file size, some of the 64K games were dead space, Maybe not, but it definetly requires the XL/XE OS. If you plug it into a regular 400/800 it crashes after the title screen. Tempest
sku_u #9 Posted November 27, 2003 Satan's Hollow and Black Widow would be great.

video game addict #11 Posted November 27, 2003 I don't think so.
Tempest #12 Posted November 27, 2003 Not that I'm aware of. It was planned but to the best of my knowledge never started (or started but cancelled very early). Tempest

+davidcalgary29 #14 Posted November 27, 2003 I get the feeling that Kenfused enjoys surprising people, and that some of that enjoyment (and excitement) might be lost were he to simply port games upon request. That being said, I myself think that Triad would make an excellent conversion project for the 5200.

SS #16 Posted December 15, 2003 Food Fight on the 5200 would be excellent !!! But Food Fight requires 64K! Plus, the 8Bit port pretty much blew anyway.
