Need For Speed Underground... Is it THAT Good?

The option was on the PC version, sorry I didnt mention it. One thing I dont get, its WHY does this game even HAVE money? I mean, once you manage to unlock something you have enough money to buy 20 of the damn thing. And as far as I know, the brand packages are all the same, I guess people who really ARE underground racers would prefer brand a over brand b

It's not an option as far as I could tell on the PS2 version. Yeah money seems kind of strange. I can understand why you earn money in the Gran Turismo games, spend $250K pimping out your ride, then trade it in for $12k You need money to start over. Here thou, you buy a car, then I traded it in on another, and all my upgrades were instantly transfered with the new car. But it has to be that way in the underground part, otherwise you'd get your ass kicked possibly later in the game if you traded in a pimped car for some stock neon. Since you can't go back to an earlier level of play.

I was kinda disapointed with Hot Pursuit II... so I took a wait and see attitude on UG.

 

From what I have seen, I will get it, but not until it hits $20.00.
