bjk7382 #26 Posted December 6, 2003 I will be submitting my Thrust video, and a high score for Joust 400/800. I just haven't gotten around to making copies of the tapes. Some of the scores for the 2600 are unbelievable. Like kaboom, and hero. I can't even get over 3,000 on kaboom.

D.Yancey #28 Posted December 9, 2003 Playing the games is my favorite thing. I like to try to compete for the records on Twin Galaxies scoreboard. I like the feel of the real Atari 2600 too, the emu's just do not provide that! I am very nostalgic about this system. If I collect anything; it is things related to Activision. I did manage to get all their 2600 games and patches. I also managed to get a score listed on Twin Galaxies for every Activision 2600 game. They are not all "records", but most are respectable scores. I consider this to be a very important part of my "collection"! Another big part of the hobby is talking with everyone here on Atari Age. I wish we could have had this type of fun back when the system first came out. Back then, many of my friends had an Atari, but few were good players or were as interested as I. This site is just Great! I've learned so many things and have made some good friends here!
