Where can I buy Atari ornaments?

My wife is making me a classic Videogame Christmas stocking. I'll post pics if i can it. she has it all embroidered She just needs to put it together. Now my son wants one.

LOL--that's a great idea! By that token, we should all just grab a few of our extra games and jam an ornament hanger into the ROM hole. Finally, a good use for all those Pac-Mans and Combats (but not for ETs--f*ck ET).

 

(I guess if people don't have cool games to spare, they could always take a look at a few of my auctions)

That might be kind of heavy for a Christmas tree's branches to hold. What you could do is go to a craft store, buy some balsa wood, cut it down to miniature cartridge size, paint them black, and print out little labels and glue them on. Voila, 2600 cartridge ornaments! Make some little joysticks with balsa wood too!

 

Somebody needs to sculpt some little wax Atari characters, like a Yar, or Pitfall Harry, or Q*Bert, and so on. Make some molds out of them, buy some plastic at a craft store to melt and pour into the molds, and put together an assortment of little Atari ornaments. If I had more artistic skill, i'd take a whack at it.

I'm actually working on Atari ornaments right now. Hopefully I'll have everything done in the coming week and post here in time for people to pick one up before Christmas. More details to follow...
