I did realized that when I made the payment thru Billpoint to US ebay seller and didnt say anything like confirmed address or unconfirmed address didnt exist that time. Paypal do! Lost Monkey #2 Posted December 12, 2003 I didn't like Billpoint too much.. if you had a buyer who paid with a stolen credit card, Billpoint charged a $10. fee to you for accepting it...
