Mendon #2 Posted December 16, 2003 Was SotSB released for the ST? I know Pool of Radiance and Curse of the Azure Bonds were. Tempest To the best of my knowledge, the only Gold Box game released for the ST was Curse. I have heard that Pool was released in Europe but I've never seen a copy nor met anyone who said they owned it. A few non-Gold Box D&D games were released, like Hero's of the Lance, but I think Curse was the only GB one. Mendon

Clint Thompson #4 Posted December 16, 2003 SotsB was a great game! I'll never forget playing it... on my trusty 8088 Leading Edge with 20mb HD. way back in the day (it was a huge improvement over my TRS
Tempest #5 Posted December 16, 2003 I beat all the gold box AD&D games on my PC long long ago. I wouldn't mind playing a few on the ST as I don't think the PC versions will work anymore. Tempest
Mendon #6 Posted December 17, 2003 Some info on Pool.http://www.atari.st/view.php?id=2162 Interesting, Belboz. I have heard it was released but I've never seen this game for sale anywhere or even included on any of the compilation disks, like the Pompey ones. Anyone actually own or played PoR on the ST? Has Nick at 16/32 ever carried it for sale? I'd buy one in a moment if they were available. Mendon
Tempest #7 Posted December 17, 2003 I was just cheking around, and it looks like Zork Zero wasn't released for the ST either! It seems like the ST got shafted out of the final part of every series. Not even a Bards Tale II! Tempest
