+Sauron #1 Posted December 19, 2003 Does anyone happen to have disk images or anything from the original disks that came with the Falcon? The ones I'm referring to are basically the MultiTOS disks and any other disks that came with a brand new Falcon (if any). Thanks!
Clint Thompson #2 Posted December 19, 2003 There were 4 disks I remember getting with my origianl Falcon. Clint, the Language disk I have insists on mounting several HD partitions, which signifies that some sort of configuration is wrong as I still don't have my HD installed yet! I think I might have MultiTOS, but I can't install it yet for that same reason. And yes, I just got your package today. Thanks!!!!

Methanoid #11 Posted December 27, 2003 Have to admit I am very surprised there is so little stuff available for DL for Falcon owners when so many ST files exist. Must be Falcon owners are too "prim n proper" ???

Must be Falcon owners are too "prim n proper" ??? I totally agree with that. Its that attitude thats made me loose interest in the flacon in the three years i've had it. Almost seems more troubles than its worth.... Its plain stupid how cubase audio falcon costs more now than entry level cubase on the pc.... and everyone gets pissed on warez request... its like they wnat to let be an elite thing or something... ACE Softsynth is the killer app thats bringing me back... but i keep have friggin problems

tjlazah #16 Posted December 29, 2003 Yeah I am ready to put away my Falcon. I hardly use it as there is hardly any software for it. Double Bobble 2000 is all I would play on it! LOL Too bad as it is a really nice Atari. It sure had a lot of potential. And NO it is not for sale!

atarian1 #18 Posted December 29, 2003 Just my opinion here, but the $50 for HD Driver was one of the best $50 I've ever spent on a piece of software for my Atari STs. I'm sure many HD Driver owners of this high quality software would agree.
jens #19 Posted December 29, 2003 I'm sure many HD Driver owners of this high quality software would agree. I do agree. The combination with MagiC is great! Full Fat32 support...

But there should be a diffrence between reasonably priced and extremely well supported software, and somewhat buggy completey unsupported abandonware dontcha think? jens #21 Posted December 29, 2003 Yes there should be. HdDriver happens to be one of the well supported items in actual Atari software.
