Is this a worthwhile bid? I really want red/white controllers for a gift I'm giving to my aunt who is a Coke collector. How rare are these controllers?

They look like later released third party controllers. There are tons of controllers out there that are compatable with the 7800. Only a few are valuable.

You sure they're red & white? I thought they might be pink?

 

I've got one or had one anyway, not sure if I kept it or not, mine was yellow and pink. Kind of a cheap controller, the plastic was very cheap feeling.

 

If you really want to make your Aunt happy buyer her a boxed copy of Coke Wins!

They look pink to me - I've seen other colors of that one too, like a puke green also. As a self-proclaimed controller expert, I deem them not worthy!

Well spending $100+ just to get a couple cheesy controllers seems a bit silly

I suppose, I have also been looking for a second 7800 since I'm going to have it airbrushed with a Coca-cola logo. Then I'd probably turn around and resell everything else. But at this point it's more than I can afford anyway. I noticed most of the people bidding on it have no prior bids... don't know what that means other than they're driving up the price more than its worth... either that or someone's rigging the bidding. Anyway, I'll keep my eye out for other stuff.
