Found a Choplifter for the 2600

It turned out to be a mexican copy of Chopper Command though. It isn't mentioned anywhere in the rarity guide, so I don't know if you want a scan of it or not.

 

It is basically the same as chopper command, but it just has a scrolling "82" where the activision logo used to be. Also the circuit board is very tiny and probly only 1.5 inches long.

 

I don't know if you want to add it to the list, like all of the other pal's you don't have info for. (I can send a scan, but the label is beat up)
