looking to buy an atari 2600 complete working system

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone;

I'm new to the forum but an all-time admirer of the ATARI 2600 VCS.I had a boxed complete system that was given to me new as a Christmas present in the late 80's.It was stored in my parents home and now that I came on vacation decided to take the dust off it and getting it to work.The thing is that now I can't find where it is.So now I'm looking to buy a complete working system with the woodgrain console.Would prefer a 4 switch unit(later model ones), as that was the one I had,even though it had the combat cartridge in text format( early cartridge version).Please let me know if you have one hanging around.

Thanks a lot,

bond007pr :)

Hi CPUWIZ:

How did you find out where I am? :roll: :?:

Depending on prices I would pick a complete boxed one.If not,a complete nice working loose one will do the job great.I saw an offer from 2600.com with some carts included,but think it's alittle bit high on th price considering it's not a boxed system(I think),and the carts are not boxed nor have manuals from what its implied on the offer.

thanks,

bond007pr :D

I can see your IP address and I did a trace on it. ;)

I'll see if I can come up with a nice set for you and send you a private message. :)
