eBay watch lists & tracking

2 general questions for those of you who have been using eBay a long time:

 

1) How do you raise your watch list limit to above 30? If there is cash involved...is it worth it?

 

2) Does anyone else track the results of item sales over time? I do so and I wonder if this has proven to be a useful piece of information.

1.) You can't, you need another account to watch more items.

2.) There is a couple people who track rare 2600 items but I am not sure how often.

The only trick I know, is to bid low on those items you want to track (only!).
