SpendTooMuchOnAtari #1 Posted January 14, 2004 Not bad for $4. I'm personally not a big fan although do enjoy some of the music. Definately not as big of a fan as these people. When I saw it sitting on the table last weekend at a local sale, I thought to myself that I could probably get about $20-$25 for that. I was pleased when I ask and the guy said, "how about 4 bucks". OK! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...MESSE%3AIT&rd=1 The same day, different sale I got a Vader 4 switch 2600 with hookups, three controllers and 19 games for $15. That is a nice score here in AZ, not much Atari going around here. The games were common for the most part although I got a Big Bird, a Strawberry Shortcake, MASH and a 3D Tic Tac Toe. Haven't tested any of that yet though.
holygrailvideogames.com #2 Posted January 14, 2004 I guess that there are yard sales year round in Phoenix. There probably won't be yard sales around here again until late March.

I noticed that you have been buying up a lot of the good BIN's lately.

taxman #6 Posted January 15, 2004 Yes, I am in Warren, just north of Detroit. I always played Atari as a kid, and I regret that I threw it in the garbage. But I just started playing again at a Christmas party and it got me interested again. So basically I've just started collecting from scratch a few weeks ago. That $4 pickup was a fluke. I couldn't sleep and I just happen to see it right before it ended.
