joeybastard #1 Posted January 16, 2004 I recently got Feet of Fury for the DC from the AA store and a dancemat from the Goat Store. It's pretty kick ass! I'm having a lot of fun jumping around like an idiot in my gameroom. My wife thinks it's hilarious I suck really bad but I'm getting a pretty good workout. Anybody else pick up Feet of Fury? Tempest #2 Posted January 16, 2004 Where do you get the dance pad for the DC? Is there a PS2 to DC adapter? Tempest
joeybastard #3 Posted January 16, 2004 Where do you get the dance pad for the DC? Is there a PS2 to DC adapter? Tempest There is, but they are available from Lik-Sang compatible with the DC too. I actually got mine from the Goat Store. Dan told me it was the same as the Lik-Sang one. It actually has PS markings on it (X,O, etc) but it works fine with the DC. I even tried Track & Field fromthe DC Stella emu with it I thought my heart was going to explode from the running!
oesii #4 Posted January 16, 2004 I got an adapter from LikSang a few years ago that does everything. It's has a P/S 2 port for using PC keyboards and mice on the DC. And it also includes a Playstation controller adapters so I can use my PS1 sticks and DDR dance pads on the DC. Best $9 I ever spent on my DC edit, similar to this one but it looks like the price has doubled http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=...e3ed13dbfb50066
goatdan #5 Posted January 16, 2004 Yeah, the ones we had we actually traded with Lik-Sang to get, so they definitely were the Lik-Sang pads. Honestly, they are great pads. I like them more than the hard pads we spent over $150.00 getting for the game. And thanks for the kind comments about FoF... There's more on the way
Brad2600 #6 Posted January 16, 2004 Why not license the Rat Bastard library and make a game based on punk rock? LOL. You'd be moving so fast that it would be pointless to design a pad that could handle such wear and tear.
bergbros2 #7 Posted January 17, 2004 Where I can get one of these PSX to DC adapters? I just got a DC dance pad from Lik-Sang, however, it took three weeks for it to ship.
Xot #8 Posted January 17, 2004 I found a DC-to-PSX adapter a couple times at FYE. They were asking $30 for it so I passed the first few times... when it dropped to $20 I figured I'd better snap one up before it was gone. It's made by Mad Catz, and for some reason Nester DC won't boot with the adaper in. How is Feet of Fury for one player? It looked to me like it was more battle-oriented so that the game wouldn't be as cool in 1p mode.

With a dance pad that had one spot for devil horns, and one for your forehead to smack on
shep #10 Posted January 17, 2004 I thought my heart was going to explode from the running! Ah Track and Field, the only source of excersize for me...

It's still pretty decent (if I do say so myself), but most of the fun DOES lie in being able to mess with your friend's arrows. The computer can be set to a pretty high level of challenge, so it's impossible with your feet, and just barely possible with a normal controller (using your hands). If you set it at a medium level, it's ALMOST like playing another person that doesn't suck. Definitely a game for a party of people who like DDR. And then there's Typing of Fury... Just be prepared for insanity if you've got a DC Keyboard.
