Are there PAL Halloween/TCM versions?

Are these games NTSC only or are there PAL versions or did anyone make PAL versions of these games?

AFAIK no.

Have you tried using your VCR tuner? Works for me.

 

Or I could make a PAL hack...

You still need a TV that can do 60Hz, even through a VCR tuner. However, if there is a picture but it's in black and white then yes, a VCR should fix it. Otherwise get a TV box and use your computer's monitor.

Hm, my Sony TV doesn't work when I feed it directly, but it works when feeded from the VCR using the SCART interface.

 

Anyway, I attached the PAL conversion for those with a SC or CC.
