but i prefered to have the message board in one single part. on the other side, you were loosing old messages quite fast. now you may have a better overview ... we'll see ...

While the old message board was simpler and you could see all the messages on one page, it was also difficult to follow older threads, as you had to look at them manually to see if someone posted new messages. With the new layout we've created several message boards with different topics. Since AtariAge covers a lot more subject matter than the Atari 2600 Nexus (which just covered the 2600), we felt it necessary to bring some order to the message boards.

 

We expect these boards to be busier than the old Nexus' single message board. I'm sure we'll be fine tuning these new boards as people use them--our goal is to provide an easy to use discussion area for Atari enthusiasts. We don't want to scare 'em away if the message boards are too difficult to use!

 

We're all ears to suggestions and criticisms!
